OCA has signed on to a letter opposing the proposed federal “Fix Our Forests” Act. This bill contains extreme cuts to NEPA and ESA, and harmful judicial review language. Under the guise of wildfire mitigation, this bill serves to cut science and the public out of the process, to the benefit of industry.
