Comments on proposed amendment to the NW Forest Plan
The OCA Board of Directors sent this letter to the U.S. Forest Service asking for an update to the Northwest Forest Plan (aka the “Spotted Owl Plan”) that better protects mature and old-growth forests as “climate workhorses.”
