The WA Dept. of Commerce Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebates programs are still in the design phase, and we anticipate applications will be available to the public in Fall  2025. Program and rebate information for the Federal IRA Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Federal IRA Home Electric Appliance Rebates (IRA HARP – formerly HEAR) can be found by visiting Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebates.  To receive news and the latest updates delivered right to your inbox, subscribe to updates by visiting Washington State Department of Commerce, scroll to the Energy section,  then select Home Energy Rebates.
