There is a technique for displaying, and quickly changing, individual Posts using Shortcode.
Insert a Shortcode Block and Paste or type the above code.
Replace the highlighted Post number with the number of the Post you want to see.
Replace again to change the Post displayed.
Find the 5-number unique identifier of the blog post you want to use
While displaying the Posts page in the My Site desktop,
hover over the blog post in the list you want to be on the front page.
In the bottom-left corner of the window, the address of that blog will display. The last five digits of the address are the unique identifier of that blog post. Write it down.
Use this number in the Shortcode.
