The Biden Administration is currently developing an initiative to address economic strategy in the Indo-Pacific region. Olympic Climate Action submitted a letter to the Office of the United States Trade Representative requesting the inclusion of a Climate Peace Clause, and permanently ending Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS), as well as for the development process to be transparent and participatory.
