The 2024 Washington State legislature has a short session so we have to act quick!Jan. 31st is the first hard cutoff– Bills will die if they haven’t passed out of policy committees. Green Amendment, Community Solar and the right to repair are in jeopardy. Here’s how to get involved:

HB 1391, the Energy Upgrade Navigator Program bill, helps Washington residents access resources to transition to clean energy by simplifying information on the incentives, programs, etc.

HB 1589, the Puget Sound Energy (PSE) Decarbonization bill, helps PSE – which continues to sell fracked gas– transition away from fossil fuels.
